Chairman of the Prize Committee:

VAAM members can submit substantiated proposals for the award of a VAAM PhD Award in electronic form to the VAAM office by 31 December 2024.

The awards are endowed with 2000 euros each and will be awarded at the VAAM Annual Conference in Bochum.
The nominee must be a member of the VAAM at the time of nomination.

The dissertation should be assigned to one of the subfields of general and applied microbiology and should have been completed in 2024 and evaluated with distinction.

- A further review by a university lecturer
- Curriculum vitae
- Brief summary
- Publications (list of publications, the articles as PDF)
- Dissertation
