Call for VAAM PhD Awards 2024

VAAM members can submit substantiated proposals for the award of a doctoral prize to the VAAM office in electronic form by 31 January 2024.

The prizes are endowed with 2000 € each and will be awarded at the VAAM Annual Meeting 2024. The proposing person must be a member of the VAAM, but not the proposed person.

The dissertation should be assigned to one of the subfields of general and applied microbiology and should have been completed in the previous year and rated excellent.

A proposal review including a justification
An additional review by a university teacher
Curriculum vitae
Short summary
Publications (list of publications and articles as pdf)
Dissertation
