The VAAM annual conference, with around 1200 participants, is increasingly the most important meeting place in the microbiology community. Young scientists from all institutes and all disciplines are represented with more than 600 posters. They have the opportunity to get an impression of the latest research areas in short presentations. Initial discussions can be held directly on-site when recruiting young talents.
