  We invite you to an interactive session with our speaker, Dr. Kerstin Seyfarth, exploring quality management in microbiology and related career opportunities. She will introduce central aspects of Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Research & Development (R&D) and provide insights into the roles these areas play in the pharmaceutical and life sciences sectors.
  
  Drawing on her experience as a microbiologist and consultant, Dr. Seyfarth will offer practical insights into working in quality-related fields and highlight career paths and opportunities for microbiologists. The session will also provide an opportunity to ask questions, exchange ideas, and learn from her personal experiences.
  
  Dr. Kerstin Seyfarth is an experienced consultant specializing in Quality Control (QC), Quality Assurance (QA), and Research & Development (R&D). She obtained her Ph.D. from Johannes Gutenberg University Mainz in 2013 and subsequently began her career as a freelance consultant and business professional.
